Back in May of 2015, I got picked to be on stage for the Wheel Of Fortune auditions with Marty and Tracey in my hometown of Denver. Then, in September of 2015, I was invited for the final audition in Denver to see if I had what it takes to be on the show. A reporter from my local news that airs Wheel interviewed me for my dominance on a puzzle during that audition, which aired around 5:30 that night and about a few weeks later, I got the letter of acceptance. Now, I got an e-mail from them saying that I will be taping for Saint Patrick's Day, which means I will be playing for Denver Week on the week of May 9, 2016! I already feel like a winne
Some Exciting News.
Back in May, Wheel Of Fortune was holding auditions in my hometown of Denver and I got picked to be on stage with Marty Lublin and Tracey Wilson, which I solved my puzzle and won the surprise package. 3 months later, I got invited for the final audition in the downtown Denver area, and nearly 4 weeks later, I got the letter of acceptance! No idea on the taping date yet, but there will be more information coming soon.
Updates.
Well, the Wheel Of Fortune auditions in Denver were about a couple weeks ago and I got picked to be on stage for the Wheelmobile event! I won some prizes, solved the puzzle in my group of five people, and became the envy of everybody at the auditions by wearing my Wheel Of Fortune necklace my mom bought me seven years ago. Now, I have to wait and see until I get the e-mail or letter from Sony by saying that I have been picked for part two of the auditions and get to play on the real show, as well as meeting Pat, Vanna, and Jim in person within four months.
What is Good News?
Looks like Alex Trebek will not be retiring after all and that goes the same for Pat Sajak and Vanna White. JEOPARDY! and Wheel Of Fortune have been renewed until 2018. That will be 34 seasons of Trebek's game show and 35 seasons for Sajak and White's show. I really hope I get on both shows soon, so I can have fun and meet them in person, regardless of the outcome.
